摘要

目的: 基于中医传承辅助系统软件

挖掘叶天士《临证指南医案》治疗虚劳方剂的组方规律。方法: 将《临证指南医案》中治疗虚劳的处方录入中医传承辅助系统

采用软件集成的改进互信息法、复杂系统熵聚类、无监督的熵层次聚类等无监督数据挖掘方法

分析叶天士治疗虚劳处方用药的规律。结果: 对筛选出的112首治疗虚劳的处方进行分析

确定处方中各药物出现的频次

演化得到核心组合20个、新处方10个。结论: 中医传承辅助系统的多角度分析

表明叶天士治疗虚劳重视脾肾

处方以滋肾阴

固下焦

补脾气

建中焦为主要原则。

Abstract

Objective:Using traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) inheritance system to analyze the composing principles of the prescriptions based on 'Clinical Guide Medical Case’. Method: The prescriptions used for consumptive in the book of 'Clinical Guide Medical Case’were collected to enter into the TCM inheritance system

by using revised mutual information

complex system entropy cluster and unsupervised hierarchical clustering to analyze composing principles. Result: Based on the analysis of 112 cases of prescriptions

the frequency of each herb included in the database was computed

20 core combinations and 10 new prescriptions were mined from the database. Conclusion: TCM inheritance system and multi-angle analysis show that the YE Tianshi treatment method is of great importance in nourishing kidney yin to astringlower energizer and invigorating spleen qi to build middle energizeras the main principle.
