摘要

目的: 建立炎热清片中龙胆苦苷的薄层鉴别及含量测定的方法。方法: 采用TLC对组方中龙胆苦苷进行定性鉴别和采用HPLC对其进行含量测定。结果: 薄层色谱斑点分离效果较好(Rf=0.600)

斑点显色清晰且无干扰、重复性好;龙胆苦苷在0.222 5~1.78 μg线性关系良好(n=5)。结论: 该方法简便、准确

适用于组方中龙胆苦苷的鉴别和含量测定。

Abstract

Objective:To establish the methods for TLC identification and content determination of Yan Reqing Tablet. Method: gentiopicroside in Yan Reqing Pian was identified by TLC

and the content of gentiopicroside was detected by HPLC. Result: The results indicated that the bands in the TLC were clear without interference(Rf=0.600). Gentiopicroside in the calibration curve showed good linearity in the range of 0.222 5-1.78 μg(n=5). Conclusion: This qualitative and quantitative method is simple

accurate and reproducible

which can be used for the quality control of Yan Reqing Tablet.
