摘要
目的: 建立同时测定鸡肉参中芦丁、槲皮苷、槲皮素含量的HPLC-DAD方法。 方法: 采用Diamonsil-C18色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm
Objective:To establish an HPLC-DAD method for simultaneous determination of rutin
quercetin and quercitroside in Incarvillea mairei. Method: A Dikma Diamonsil C18column (4.6 mm×150 mm
5 μm) was used. The column temperature was set at 30 ℃; the investigated compounds were separated with gradient mobile phase consisting of methanol (A)-0.5% phosphoric acid (B); the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength was kept at 254 nm. Result: The good separation of three flavonoids was achieved within 10 min. The linearity was achieved in the range of 0.30-1.0 mg (r=0.999 8) for rutin
0.030-0.10 mg (r=0.999 8) for quercetin and 0.010-0.033 mg (r=0.999 5) for quercitrosid. The average recoveries were 100.95% (RSD 0.98%)
99.51% (RSD 1.54%) and 102.84% (RSD 3.53%) respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple
