Determination of Baicalin in Qinxuan Granules by HPLC
Objective:To establish an HPLC method for determination of baicalin in Qinxuan granules. Method: The Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.5% acetic acid(45∶55)
the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1
the detection wavelength was at 277 nm
the column temperature was kept at 30 ℃
the inject volume was 10 μL. Result: A good linear correlation of baicalin was observed within the range of 2.128-106.4 μg·min-1. The average recovery was 101.50% with RSD 1.00% (n=6). Conclusion: The method is rapid and accurate; it can be used for the determination of baicalin in Qinxuan granules.
