Objective:To establish an HPLC-DAD-ELSD method for the simultaneous determination of spinosin
jujuboside A
jujuboside B and betulinic acid in Semen Ziziphi Spinosa dispersible tablet. Method: The chromatographic separation was performed on a Venusil XBP reversed phase C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm
5 μm) analytical column by a gradient elution program with acetonitrile-water (containing 0.1% acetic acid) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The column temperature was at 25 ℃ and the optimum detection wavelength of DAD was set at 335 nm
the evaporator tube temperature of ELSD was set at 100 ℃ with the nebulizing gas flow rate of 2.9 L·-1. Result: The linear range of spinosin
