摘要

目的: 建立维吾尔药金锁昆都尔片中木香含量测定的方法。方法: 采用高效液相色谱法

色谱柱为YMC-Pack ODS-A AA12S05-1506WT A-312(6.0 mm×150 mm

S-5 μm

12 nm);流动相甲醇-水(65:35)

流速1.0 mL/min

检测波长225 nm。结果: 木香烃内酯在0.03~0.07 g·L-1呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 5)

平均回收率为99.31%

RSD 0.62%;去氢木香内酯在0.06~0.14 g·L-1呈良好线性关系(r=1)

平均回收率为99.33%

RSD 0.70%。结论: 该法专属性强、简便、准确性高、重复性好

可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Abstract

Objective: To develop a method for the determination of costustoot in uighur medicine JinSuoKunDuEr Tablets. Method: HPLC method was adopted in which the separation of costustoot was performed on YMC-Pack ODS-A AA12S05-1506WT A-312(150 mm×6.0I.D.

12 nm)column;the mobile phase was composed of methanol-water(65: 35)

with a flow rate of 1.0 mL· min-1 and detection wavelength at 225 nm. Result: Costunolide were linear in the range of 0.03-0.07 g· L-1(r=0.999 5);the average recovery was 99.31% with RSD of 0.62%. Dehydrocostus lactone was linear in the range of 0.06-0.14 g·L-1(r=1)

the average recovery was 99.33% with RSD of 0.69%. Conclusion: The method was simple

accurate and repeaable

and it can be used for quality control of this preparation.
