摘要

目的: 分析柳叶白前的挥发性成分

为柳叶白前的开发利用提供实验依据。方法: 利用水蒸气蒸馏法提取柳叶白前挥发油

采用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)技术对挥发油进行分析。结果: 共分离出37个化学成分

鉴别出29个化学成分

占挥发油总量的87.28%

其主要成分为己醛(25.728%);2-正戊基呋喃(15.509%)

1-壬烯-3-醇(4.025%)

(Z)-2-壬烯醛(3.577%)

1-石竹烯(3.527%)樟脑(3.198%)

反-2-辛烯醛(2.501%)

冰片(2.025%)

2-甲基-5-(1-甲基乙基)-苯酚(2.980%)

3-甲基-4-异丙基酚(2.333%)

α-古芸烯(2.156%)。结论: 通过对柳叶白前挥发油成分的分析鉴定为柳叶白前综合利用提供科学依据。

Abstract

Objective:To provide the foundation for reasonable utilization by analyzing the volatile constituents of Cynanchum stauntonii. Method: The volatile oil was extracted from C. stauntonii by steam distillation. The chemical constituents were analyzed by GC-MS. Result: Thirty-seven compounds were separated and twenty-nine of them were identified

which accounted for 87.28% of all the volatile oil. The major components were hexanal (25.728%)

2-pentyl-furan (15.509%)

1-nonen-3-ol (4.025%)

(Z)-2-nonenal (3.577%)

1-caryophyllene (3.527%)

(+)-camphor (3.198%)

(E)-2-octenal 2.501%

borneol (2.025%)

2-methyl-5-(1-methylethyl)-phenol (2.980%)

3-methyl-4-isopropylphenol (2.333%)

a-gurjunene (2.156%). Conclusion: The composition of volatile oils of C. stauntonii was determined by GC-MS to provide the fondation for reasonable utilization of C.stauntonii.
