摘要
目的: 优选兴安升麻地上部分总皂苷的提取分离工艺。 方法: 以总皂苷含量为指标
采用分段萃取法用不同试剂萃取升麻地上部分中的有效成分
旋转蒸发回收溶剂
将正丁醇萃取物通过大孔吸附树脂柱进一步分离
并通过紫外分光光度计进行定量检测。 结果: 采用正丁醇萃取后得到的物质过大孔吸附树脂后
总皂苷纯度>50%。 结论: 通过萃取将升麻地上部分进一步分离
把有效成分按极性分段
便于后期对兴安升麻地上部分总皂苷进一步分离纯化
同时能得到较高纯度的总皂苷。
Abstract
Objective:To optimize extraction and separation technology of total saponins from aboveground part of Cimicifuga dahurica. Method: With the content of total saponins as index
segmented extraction method was used to extract active ingredients from aboveground part of C. dahurica with different reagents
solvent was recovered by rotary evaporation
then n-butanol extract was further separated by macroporous resin column
and quantitative detection was determined by UV spectrophotometer. Result: After n-butanol extraction substances over macroporous adsorption resin
purity of total saponins could reach more than 50%. Conclusion: After aboveground part of C. dahurica was further separated by extracting
active ingredients were segmented according to polarity
it could facilitate for late further separation and purification of total saponins from aboveground part of C. dahurica
