Investigation of Dynamic Differences of Crude Polysaccharides Content in Various Tissues of
Objective:To compare the content of crude polysaccharides from different tissues of Aconitum carmichaeli in different harvest time. Method: The content of crude polysaccharides was determined by sulfuric-phenol method
crude polysaccharides content from different tissues of A. carmichaeli in different harvest timewas compared
including mother root
sub-root
fibrous root
stem and leaves. Result: The content of crude polysaccharides in different tissues of A. carmichaeli were in the sequence of sub-roots>mother roots>fibrous roots>leaves>stems
the content of crude polysaccharides from aboveground part was less than underground part
the content of crude polysaccharides in sub-roots on June 4 was the highest
the content of crude polysaccharides in leaves and stems and fibrous roots on June 18 were more than other harvest period
the content of crude polysaccharides of in mother roots was the same on June 18 and July 3. Conclusion: This study was a preliminary exploration of dynamic variation about crude polysaccharides content from various tissues of A. carmichaeli
it could provide a scientific basis for comprehensive utilization of A. carmichaeli resources.
