摘要

目的: 建立头风痛丸的质量标准。方法: 采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对头风痛丸中的川芎进行定性鉴别

用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定白芷中欧前胡素的含量。结果: TLC法能检出川芎

且斑点清晰

分离度好

易于识别;欧前胡素在0.323 2~1.616 μg与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r =0.999 9)

平均回收率为98.0%(RSD 0.84%)。结论: 该方法简便、可靠

可用于头风痛丸的质量控制。

Abstract

Objective:To establish the quality standard of Toufengtong pill. Method: Chuanxiong in the Toufengtong pill was identifed by TLC. The content of imperatorin was determined by HPLC. Result: The TLC spots developed were fairly and simply identical. There was a good linear relationship for imperatorin with in the range of 0.323 2-1.616 μg(r=0.999 9). The average recovery was 98.0％(RSD 0.84%). Conclusion: This method is sensitve

accurate

reproducible and specific

it can be used for the quality control of Toufengtong pill.
