Quantitate Chemical Composition and Chemical Pattern Recognition infrom Different Areas
Objective:To study the character of the contents and distribution of chemical composition of Uighur Medicine Coreopsis ticntoria flowers (CTF)
and to provide valuable experimental evidence for the quality evaluation and control of CTF. Method: Ten batches of samples
CTF come from different producing areas of Xinjiang were carried out to quantitate by UV and ICP.Principal component analysis and Hierarchical clustering analysis were applied to study on the chemical components were extracted from the original data. The principal component composition and chemical pattern recognition. Result: Three principal analysis results showed that Cu
Zn
Fe
Mn
Ni
Cr and Al may be the characteristic elements. The ten samples could be clustered reasonably into three groups
and the contents of chemical composition of CTF were related to the ecological environment
such as temperature and location. Conclusion: This paper
by measuring the number of content indicators
using principal component analysis and cluster analysis clearly reveals the regularity of the different origins and differences in CTF.
