Optimization of Processing Technology for by Central Composite Design-Response Surface Methodology
Objective: To optimize processing technology conditions of Scrophularia ningpoensis. Method: Central composite design and response surface method was used with soaking time
steaming time
drying temperature as factors
OD of change ratio of harpagide
cinnamic acid and harpagoside as index
mathematical model of index and factors were established by multi-linear regression and binomial fitting
and to predict optimum processing technology of S. ningpoensis. Result: Optimal conditions were as followings:soaking time 19 min
steaming time 1.2 h
drying temperature 49℃.Deviation of predicted and measured value was less than 2.65%. Conclusion: Optimized processing technology was stable
reliable and feasible
it could provide experimental evidence for quality standards research of S. ningpoensis.
