Simultaneous Determination of Five Compounds in by HPLC
Objective:To establish a method for determination of trachelogenin-4-O-β-gentiobioside
tracheloside
rhoifolin
trachelogenin and luteolin in Trachelospermum jasminoides. Method: The Alltima C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm
5 μm) was used; the mobile phase consisting of 0.5%HAc-water. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1; the detection wavelength set at 270 nm and content calculated with external reference method. Result: The five compounds were well separated. Calibration curves showed good linear relationship
RSD<2.0%. The average recoveries of trachelogenin-4-O-β-gentiobioside
tracheloside
rhoifolin
trachelogenin and luteolin were 98.27%
97.30%
97.20%
96.89% and 96.48% respectively. Conclusion: The developed method is simple
accurate
and repeatable
which can be readily used as valid tool for the quality control of T. Jasminoides.
