Optimization of Extraction Technology of Total Tannin from Walnut Green Husk
Objective: To optimize extraction technology of total tannin from walnut green husk. Method: The content of total tannin was determined by phosphomolybdotungsitc acid UV spectrophotometry method.With the content of total tannin as index
single factor test was used to investigate extraction method and solvent;Extraction times
extraction time and solid-liquid ratio were chosen as factors
extracting technology of total tannin from walnut green husk was optimized by L9(34) orthogonal design test. Result: Optimum extracting technology was as following:extracted 3 times with 10 the amount of water
1 h each time
extracting rate of total tannin was up to 26.65 mg· g-1. Conclusion: Established a method of determination of total tannin was stable and feasible
optimized process could be used for industrial production of total tannin from walnut green husk.
