摘要

目的: 探讨中西医结合治疗痰蒙神窍型急性加重期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

AECOPD)的临床疗效。方法: 将60例中医辨证属痰蒙神窍型AECOPD患者随机分为观察组及对照组各30例。对照组仅给予规范西医治疗

观察组在西医治疗基础上加用涤痰汤加减辨证施治

水煎服

每日1剂。两组均在连续治疗10 d后予以疗效评价。结果: 治疗后

观察组总有效率为83.3%

优于对照组的60%(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后其血氧饱和度(SaO2)、氧分压(PaO2)和CO2分压(PaCO2)等血气分析指标均优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论: 中西医结合治疗痰蒙神窍型AECOPD疗效肯定。

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of the integrative Chinese and western medicine treatment for acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD) with symptom of mental confusion due to phlegm. Method: Sixty cases of AECOPD with symptom of mental confusion due to phlegm were randomly divided into observation group and control group (n=30

each). The control group was only received norms Western medicine treatment

the observation group on the basis of the control group was given Ditan decoction

one dose each day. The clinical efficacy was evaluated after 10 days of continuous treatment. Result: After treatment

the total effective rate in observation group was 83.3%

better than 60% of the control group (P<0.05); blood SaO2

PaO2 and PaCO2

blood gas analysis in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion: Clinical efficacy of the integrative Chinese and western medicine treatment for AECOPD is confirmed.
