摘要

目的: 通过对酸枣仁汤含药脑脊液指纹图谱的研究

为酸枣仁汤镇静催眠药效物质基础研究提供方法学基础。方法: 采用反相高效液相色谱法

以梯度洗脱的方式

50 min内在同一图谱中同时完成水溶性成分和脂溶性成分指纹图谱的建立

同时将含药脑脊液、空白脑脊液、酸枣仁汤及各单味药HPLC指纹图谱进行对比分析。结果: 通过对脑脊液采集方法、前处理方法及洗脱梯度、检测波长等色谱条件的筛选

建立了可将酸枣仁汤含药脑脊液中化学成分完全分开的指纹图谱

并进行归属分析

初步鉴定出含药脑脊液中的固有成分、药源性物质及代谢产物。结论: 方法可作为探索酸枣仁汤药效物质基础研究的有效手段。

Abstract

Objective:Through to the studies on fingerprint of cerebrospinal fluid containing medicine of Suanzaoren tang(SZRT)

provides the methodology basis for research of efficacy material base of SZRT how to play calm hypnotic effect. Method: By HPLC

with the way of gradient elution

in 50 minutes

established the fingerprint containing water-soluble ingredients and fat soluble constituents. Result: Through screening the chromatographic conditions

such as the gradient of elution and detected wavelength

established the fingerprint that can separate from each other the chemical composition of cerebrospinal fluid containing medicine of SZRT. And through the belonging analysis

preliminary identified the inherent composition of cerebrospinal fluid containing medicine

the drug-induced composition and metabolic product. Conclusion: This method can be used as an effective means to research efficacy material base of SZRT.
