Studies on Qualitative and Quantitative Methods for Rose Oral Liquid
Objective: To study qualititative and quantitative methods for Rose Oral Liquid. Method: TLC test was based on silica gel plate with ethyl acetate-acetic acid-water (15:0.4 0.5) as mobile phase. The analytical column was Allteck-Kromasil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm
5 μm) with acetonitrile and 0.4% phosphoric acid as mobile phase in gradient mode; the flow rate was 1 mL·min-1; the detecting wavelength was at 254 nm and the column temperature was set at 35℃. Result: The liner response ranged from 0.196 8 to 5.904 μg and the average recovery was 97.61% with RSD 0.70% for gallic acid; the liner response ranges from 0.005 5-0.165 6 μg and the average recovery was 120.0% with RSD 1.42% for quercitin. Conculsion: The TLC and HPLC methods are simple
accurate with a good reproducibility and can be used for the quality control of the oral liquid.
