摘要

目的: 研究栀子Gardenia jasminoides的干燥成熟果实中的黄酮类化学成分。方法: 采用各种柱色谱方法分离纯化

通过理化常数测定和光谱分析鉴定黄酮类化合物的结构。结果: 从栀子的果实中分离鉴定了12个黄酮类化合物

分别为槲皮素(1)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(2)、芦丁(3)、5-羟基-7

5'-四甲氧基黄酮(4)、5

3'-二羟基-7

5'-三甲氧基黄酮(5)、5

7-二羟基-3'

5'-三甲氧基黄酮(6)、5

3'-三羟基-8

5'-三甲氧基黄酮(7)、5

4'-三羟基-8-甲氧基黄酮(8)、5

4'-三羟基-6-甲氧基黄酮(9)、5-羟基-6

5'-五甲氧基黄酮(10)、5

5'-四羟基-6

4'-二甲氧基黄酮(11)和5

4'-三羟基-3'

5'-二甲氧基黄酮(12)。结论: 化合物6和8为首次从栀子中分离得到。

Abstract

Objective: To investigate the chemical components of flavonoids of Gardenia jasminoides. Method: Various column chromatography were used in the isolation and purification

and physiochemical constant determination and spectral analysis were adopted to determine the chemical structures of flavonoids. Result: Twelve flavonoids were isolated from G. jasminoides

5-hydroxyl-7

5'-tetramethoxyflavone (4)

3'-dihydroxyl-7

5'-trimethoxyflavone (5)

7-dihydroxyl-3'

5'-trimethoxyflavone (6)

3'-trihydroxyl-8

5'-trimethoxyflavone (7)

4'-trihydroxyl-8-methoxyflavone (8)

4'-trihydroxyl-6-methoxyflavone (9)

5-hydroxyl-6

5'-pentamethoxyflavone (10)

5'-tetrahydroxyl-6

4'-dimethoxyflavone (11)

4'-trihydroxyl-3'

5'-dimethoxyflavone (12). Conclusion: Compounds 6

8 were first isolated from this plant.
