Distribution of Isorhynchophyline in Liver Tissures before and after Compatibility with Gastrodin and Isorhynchophylline in Rats
Objective:To observation the distribution of isorhynchophyline in liver tissues before and after compatibility with gastrodin and isorhynchophylline in rats. Method: HPLC was employed to determinate the isorhynchophyline in liver tissuesin rats before and after compatibility with gastrodia and unicaria;analyticalcolumn was WatersTM(4.6 mm×250 mm
RP 18.5 μm); the mobile phase consisted of methanol-water (70∶30)
pH 8.0
fluid rate was 0.8 mL·min-1; the column temperature was 30 ℃
the detector wave length was set at 254 nm
the sample amount is 20 μL. Reslut: Isorhynchophyline in liver and kidney tissues was linear in the range of 0.16-4.0 mg·L-1. There were no significant differences in liver tissues of SD rats before and after compatibility. Conclusion: Gastrodin has a certain effects reduction in the liver tissues distribution.
