Analysis on Composition Principles of Prescriptions for Stomachache by Using Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance System
Objective: To analyze the composing principles of the prescriptions for stomachache collected in the book ofusing traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) inheritance system. Method: The prescriptions used for stomachache in the book ofwere collected
then entered into the TCM inheritance system
by using revised mutual information
complex system entropy cluster and unsupervised hierarchical clustering to analyze composing principles: frenquently used herbs
association rules
core combinations
new prescriptions. Result: Based on the analysis of 92 cases of prescriptions
the frequency of each herb and association rules among herbs included in the database are computed
18 core combinations and 9 new prescriptions are mined from the database. Conclusion: The composing principles of the prescriptions for stomachache collected in the book ofare clarified。
