pH and dosage of enzyme on enzymatic technology of timosaponin AⅢ was investigated by single factor test and orthogonal test. Result: Optimum enzymatic technology conditions were as follows:reaction temperature of 55℃
pH of acetic acid-sodium acetate buffer solution 5.0
dosage of enzyme 600 U· g-1
reaction time 3 h. Conclusion: Optimized enzymatic technology was simple and reliable with moderate reaction conditions
