Optimization of Preparation Technology for Compound Silymarin-Danshensu Dropping Pill
Objective: To investage optimal preparation technology of compound silymarin-Danshensu dropping pill by solid dispersion technology. Method: PEG 4000
PEG 6000 and Poloxamer 188 were used as carrier material of solid dispersion
compound silymarin-Danshensu dropping pill was prepared by fusion method.With weight difference of dropping pill
roundness and dissolution as indexes
orthogonal design was used to optimize composition of matrix
ratio of drug-matrix
temperature of drug liquid
dropping distance;Cooling agent
cooling temperature
dropping speed and other factors. Result: Optimal technology conditions were as follows:composition of matrix PEG 4000-PEG 6000-Poloxamer 188 as 5: 5: 1
ratio of drug-matrix 1: 2
temperature of dropping drug liquid 90℃
dropping distance 5 cm
dripping rate was 40 drops·min-1
dimethyl-silicone oil as cooling agent
cooling temperature 10-15℃. Conclusion: This optimized process of compound silymarin-Danshensu dropping pill was reasonable and feasible
