摘要

目的: 探讨柏子滋阴润肠汤治疗慢性功能性便秘(CFC)的临床疗效及对结肠传输功能的影响。方法: 116例CFC患者随机分为治疗组59例和对照组57例。治疗组采用柏子滋阴润肠汤加减

1剂/d

对照组采用麻仁润肠软胶囊

8粒/次

2次/d。疗程均为4周。观察排便困难、Bristol评分、排便时间、排便次数及腹胀等症状

并进行结肠传输试验。结果: 治疗后治疗组排便困难等症状积分均明显低于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后及治疗后4周治疗组全结肠通过时间均短于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后治疗组总有效率为93.22%

优于对照组的77.19%(P<0.05)。治疗后两组复发率无显著差异。结论: 柏子滋阴润肠汤治疗CFC有显著的临床疗效

安全性好

有临床推广应用价值。

Abstract

Objective: To study the clinical curative effect of Bozi Ziyin Runchang decoction (BZRD) for treatment chronic functional constipation (CFC) and the influence on the colon transmission function. Method: One hundred and sixteen cases of CFC were randomly divided into treatment group and control group

59 cases and 57 cases respectively.The treatment group was given BZRD

the treatment group total effectiveness was 93.22%

which is higher than that of 77.19% in control group (P<0.05). After treatment

the two groups of the recurrence rate difference was not obvious. Conclusion: BZRD for treatment of CFC has significant clinical curative effect

good safety

promising clinical application.
