Objective:To study the effects of Naomai Shukang capsule on transient ischemic attack in mice. Method: Kunming mice were divided into Naomai Shukang capsule group (1.8

mice were fed Naomai Shukang capsule for 7 d

both sides of the common carotid artery were ligatured for 30 min and reperfusion for 15 min to make transien cerebral ischemia model; superoxide dismutase(SOD)and malonaldehyde(MDA) content were determinated; section of brain tissue was homogenated
