Objective: To prepare total flavonoids from Rhododendron dauricum-PEG 6000 solid dispersion

and investigate its in vitro dissolution. Method: With PEG6000 as carrier

three different proportion of solid dispersion was prepaerd by dissolvent-fusion method

the content of total flavonoids was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry method

and in vitro dissolution was studied. Result: Cumulative release of bulk drugs within 60 min was 57.032%;Cumulative release of 1: 2

1: 6(total flavonoids from R. dauricum-PEG 6000) solid dispersion within 60 min was 80.21%

respectively. Conclusion: Each proportion solid dispersions could significantly improve dissolution rate of drug

which were prepared by dissolvent-fusion method.
