Optimization of Extracting Technology of Total Flavonoids from
Objective:To optimize extraction technology of total flavonoids in Osbeckia opipara. Method: The content of total flavonoids was determined by UV spectrophotometry
with yield of total flavonoids as index
influence of extraction time
solid-liquid ratio and ethanol concentration on extraction technology of total flavonoids was investigated by orthogonal design. Result: The best extraction technology was as following:extracted 3 times with 20 times the amount of 75% ethanol
1 h each time
yield of total flavonoids 1.83%. Conclusion: This optimized technology was simple and feasible
it provide experimental evidence for fully utilization of O. opipara resources.
