Optimization of Extraction Technology for by Central Composite Design/Response Surface Methodology
Objective: To optimize extraction technology of Impatiens balsamina by central composite design/response surface methodology. Method: With ethanol concentration
extraction time and solvent ratio as independent variables
yield of total flavonoids from I. balsamina as dependent variable
levels of independent variables were regressed by multiple linear and fitted by binomial
response surface method was used to optimize extraction process
and prediction analysis was carried out by comparing observed and predicted values. Result: Optimal extraction technology was as following:extracted 164.08 min with 23.83 times the amount of 81.55% ethanol
deviation between observed and predicted values was-1.08%
multiple correlation coefficient of binomial fitting model was 0.987 1. Conclusion: This optimized extraction process of I. balsamina was simple with high precision and good predictability.
