Objective:To comprehensively evaluate the safety and clinical efficacy of Danshen injection in common diseases with the nature of blood stasis. Method: The indication (blood stasis) of the injection was strictly pointed by the researchers. and the degree was mild to moderate with allergic reactions as the common case. All patients with adverse reactions were treated by combination therapy. Conclusion: When indication is specified to blood stasis syndrome and the use of the injection is rationalized
