Study on Chemical Constituents in Water Decoction of Fengshao Liujunzi
Objective: To reveal the chemical material foundation of active components in water decoction of Fengshao Liujunzi. Moreover
in order to develop and utilize them comprehensively
this paper studies the chemical constituents systematically. Method: According to extraction of the traditional decocting method
the components were isolated by silica gel column
Sephadex LH-20
macroporous adsorption resin D101
ODS-C18 repeatedly
and compounds structures were identified by spectral analysis. Result: Thirteen compounds were isolated and identified as β-sitoster (1)
palmitic acid (2)
isomultiflorenol (3)
triacontanol (4)
psoralen (5)
atractylenolidⅢ (6)
p-hydroxybenzaldehyde (7)
gallic acid (8)
benzoic acid (9)
nobiletin (10)
sinensetin (11)
tangeritin (12)
lactiflorin (13). Conclusion: thirteen compounds above were isolated from the decoction for the first time. Gallic acid may be one of the main active constituents of the decoction.
