摘要

目的: 探讨观察麻子仁丸加减方治疗阿片类药物引起便秘的临床疗效。方法: 选择66例符合纳入标准的肿瘤患者

按编号奇偶随机分为治疗组(33例

麻子仁丸加减方)和对照组(33例

乳果糖口服液)

疗程均2周

观察比较两组患者治疗前后首次排便时间、排便间隔时间、每次排便时间、大便性状及排便困难程度等临床症状积分、便秘疗效、生活质量及疼痛控制情况。结果: 治疗组在缩短患者首次排便时间、排便间隔时间、每次排便时间及减轻患者排便困难程度等方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05)

治疗便秘疗效显著(P<0.05);且在提高生活质量及缓解疼痛程度方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论: 麻子仁丸加减方可有效缓解癌痛患者应用阿片类药物引起的便秘

并能显著改善临床症状

提高患者生活质量。

Abstract

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Revised Maziren Pill (RMP) for the treatment of intestinal constipation caused by opium alike. Method: Sixty-six subjects with intestinal constipation caused by opium alike were randomly divided into two groups

33 patients in the treatment group administered with RMP

33 in the control group administered with aetulose liquo. Then the clinical symptom scores

the time of each defecation

stool form

the dimensions of the difficulty for the defecation and so on were evaluated before treating and after 2 weeks of treating. Result: Treatment group showed improved clinical symptom and quality of life

and relieved difficulty. Treatment could shorten interval

the first time of defecation and the time of each defecation

relieve the difficulty for the defecation

and so the effectiveness in the treatment group was better than that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: RMP can release constipation induced by opium alike and pain effectively

also can improve quality of life.
