Optimization of Extraction Technology for Main Components from Flower of
Objective:To optimize extraction process of main components from flower of Gnaphalium hypoleucum. Method:With the contents of quercetin and apigenin as comprehensive evaluation index
which were determined by HPLC.Extraction method
ratio of solid-liquid
extraction times and the concentration of ethanol were investigated by single factor test;orthogonal design test was used to optimize extraction technology with extraction time

ratio of solid-liquid and the concentration of ethanol. Result:Optimum extraction conditions were as follows:ultrasonic extracted 2 times with 30 times the amount of 60% ethanol
40 min per time. Conclusion:This optimized process was simple
stable and feasible.It could provide reliable extraction method for quantitative analysis of main components from flower of G. hypoleucum.
