Optimization of Alcohol Extraction Technology of by Orthogonal Design
Objective: To optimize extraction technology of total naphthoquinone from Arnebia euchroma. Method: Absorbance was determined by UV-visible spectrophotometer
with extraction ratio of total naphthoquinone as index
orthogonal test was used to investigate influence of extraction time
solvent consumption and extraction temperature on extraction efficiency of total naphthoquinone. Result: Factors affecting extraction of A. euchroma were:solvent consumption>extraction temperature>extraction time.Optimum extraction technology was as follows:extracted 2 times with 10 times the amount of 95% ethanol at 55℃
1 h per time. Conclusion: This optimized extraction technology was stable and feasible
it could provide experimental basis for developing of total naphthoquinoe.
