目的: 建立测定银栀口服液中栀子苷含量的高效液相色谱方法。 方法: 采用Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6 mm×150 mm
5 μm)色谱柱
流动相甲醇-水(25∶75)
流速1.0 mL·min-1
检测波长238 nm
柱温30 ℃。 结果: 栀子苷浓度在0.010 20~0.408 0 μg与峰面积线性关系良好
平均回收率为99.35%
RSD 1.90%(n=6)。 结论: 方法操作简便、结果准确
专属性强
可用于银栀口服液中栀子苷的含量测定。
Abstract
Objective:To establish an HPLC method for determination of geniposide in Yinzhi oral solution. Method: The Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 (4.6 mm × 150 mm
5 μm) was used with the mobile phase consisted of methanol-water (25∶75); the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1
the detection wavelength was at 238 nm
and the column temperature was at 30 ℃. Result: A good linear correlation of geniposide was observed within the range of 0.010 20-0.408 0 μg. The average recovery was 99.35% with RSD 1.90% (n=6). Conclusion: The method is rapid
simple and accurate. It can be used for the determination of geniposide in Yinzhi oral solution.
