摘要

目的: 分析中药注射剂在我院的使用情况

为临床合理用药提供参考。方法: 以用药金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC)及药品金额排序与DDDs排序的比值作为评价指标

对2011年中药注射剂的使用情况进行统计分析。结果: 2011年共使用42个品规34个品种的中药注射剂

使用频率最高的是醒脑静注射液

活血类药物占绝对的主导地位。结论: 我院中药注射剂的使用基本合理

但仍有不足

须引起重视。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze application of Chinese herbal injections in our hospital

and provide reference for clinical rational application. Method: The amount of medication

medication frequency defined daily dose(DDDs)

daily expense DDC and the amount of drug scheduling and DDDs sort ratio were given as the evaluation indexes

the application status of Chinese herbal injection was analyzed in 2011. Result: Fourty-two chemicals regulation of 34 varieties of Chinese herbal injection were used

highest frequency is xingnaojing injection

Chinese herbal withpromoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis is in key position. Conclusion: Application of Chinese herbal is reasonable

but there are still weakness

to which more attention should be paid.
