Optimization of Alcohol Precipitation Technology for Qingyan Buccal Tablet
Objective: To optimize alcohol-precipitation technology of Qingyan buccal tablet. Method: Relative density of liquor
the concentration of alcohol precipitation and temperature of liquor were chosen as factors
with transfer rate of acetylharpagide and yield of drying extract as indexes
alcohol precipitation technology was optimized by single-factor test and orthogonal test. Result: Optimal alcohol precipitation technology was as follow:concentrated extraction liquid to its relative density 1.13
added ethanol until the concentration of 70%
liquor temperature 60℃
rest for 24 h in condition of cold storage. Conclusion: This optimized technology was simple
practicable and suitable for practical production.
