摘要

目的: 研究椿皮中正丁醇部位的化学成分。方法: 采用硅胶柱色谱、HP-20和Sephadex LH-20等分离手段对正丁醇萃取部分进行分离纯化

通过波谱数据分析(1H-NMR

13C-NMR)进行结构鉴定。结果: 从正丁醇萃取部分分离5个化合物。分别鉴定为白桦醇( 1 )

熊果醇( 2 )

白桦酸( 3 )

红花菜豆酸( 4 )

1-O-(6-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-β-D-glucopyranosyl)-4-allylbenzene ( 5 )。结论: 化合物 1~4 为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract

Objective:To study the chemical constituents of the butanol portion of Ailanthus altissima. Method: The butanol portion was isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography

HP-20 and Sephadex LH-20. Their chemical structures were elucidated by spectral data (1H-NMR

13C-NMR). Result: Five compounds were isolated from the butanol portion. They were identified as betulin ( 1 )

uvaol ( 2 )

betulinic acid ( 3 )

phaseic acid ( 4 )

1-O-(6-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-β-D-glucopyranosyl)-4-allylbenzene( 5 ). Conclusion: Compounds 1-4 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
