Screening and Identification of Tyrosinase Inhibitors in Glycyrrhiza Extract by High Performance Liquid Chromatography
Objective:A new method based on the HPLC scaveng enzyme inhibition activity and HPLC MS/MS method for the identification of active constituent from glycyrrhiza extract was developed. Method: Glycyrrhiza extract was separated by HPLC and the outlet of HPLC photo diode array detector flow cell was receiving every 30s. Enzyme inhibition react with tyrosinase in post column reaction and IMARK detect at 419 nm. Result and Conclusion: The results showed that 4 compounds in glycyrrhiza extract have scavenging enzyme inhibition activity
and all the 4 compounds including Liquiritin
methyl 18α-hydroxyglycyrrhetate
licochalcone C
18α-glycyrrhetic acid were identified by MS/MS spectrogram and UV spectrum.
