Optimization of Water Extraction Technology of Yudan Capsule by Orthogonal Test
Objective:To optimize water extraction technology of Yudan capsule. Method: With comprehensive retention rate of loganin
salvianolic acid B and chlorogenic acid as index
extraction times was optimized by single factor test;the amount of water
soaking time and boiling time were chosen as factors
water extraction technology of Yudan capsule was optimized by orthogonal design. Result: Optimal extraction technology was as follows:soaked 0.5 h with 8 times the amount of water
decocted for 1 h
filtered
residues added 6 folds the amount of water and decocted for 1 h. Conclusion: This optimized extraction technology was stable and reasonable
which provided experimental basis for production of Yudan capsule.
