Objective:To optimize extraction conditions of Danggui Shaoyao powder. Method:With the content of albiflorin
paeoniflorin
ferulic acid and 23-acetate alisol B as indexes
test data was handled by multiple-index comprehensive scoring method
orthogonal test was adopted in optimizing extraction technology with extraction time
extraction times
the concentration of ethanol and ethanol volume as factors. Result:Optimized extraction technology was:extracted 2 times with 8 times the amount of 75% ethanol
1.5 h per time. Conclusion:This optimized extraction technology was rational and stable with high yield of active components.
