摘要

目的: 建立杠板归中总黄酮的含量测定方法。方法: 以芦丁为对照品

以0.1 mol ·L-1AlCl3溶液、1 mol ·L-1NaAc溶液为显色剂

检测波长413 nm。结果: 芦丁吸光度与其浓度在6.24~21.84 μg线性良好(r =0.999 8)

总黄酮回归方程为Y=38.183X-0.001;平均加样回收率为97.4%

RSD 2.2%。结论: 方法简便、稳定

可用于杠板归中总黄酮的含量测定。

Abstract

Objective: To establish a method for determination of total flavonoids in Polygonum perfoliatum. Method: Total flavoaoids were determined by UV-Vis spectrophotometer with rutiu as reference substance and 0.1 mol · L-1 AlCl3

1 mol · L-1 NaAc as chromogenic agent; the detection wavelength was at 413 nm. Result: A good linear relationship was achieved over the concentration range of 6.24-21.84 μg(r =0.999 8) for Rutin. The regression equation of total flavonoids was Y=38.183X-0.001

with an average recovery of 97.4%

RSD 2.2%. Conclusion: The method is simple and stable

and it is suitable for the content determination of total flavonoids from P. perfoliatum.
