摘要

目的: 建立枫蓼肠胃康分散片质量标准。方法: 用薄层色谱法对处方中的牛耳枫、辣蓼进行定性鉴别;用高效液相色谱法对样品中的芦丁进行含量测定。结果: 薄层鉴别的分离度好、专属性强

阴性对照无干扰;含量测定芦丁进样量在0.8~1.6 μg呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 2)

平均回收率为98.2％

RSD 0.7％。结论: 所建立的方法准确、可靠、专属性强

可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Abstract

Objective:To establish the quality standards of Fengliao Changweikang dispersible tablets. Method: Daphniphyllum calycinum and Polygonum hydropiper were indentified by TLC

and the content rudin was determined by HPLC. Result: The characteristic identification by TLC was distinct and highly specific. Rudin showed a good liner relationship at a range of 0.8-1.6 μg (r=0.999 2)

and the average recovery rate was 98.2％ with RSD of 0.7%. Conclusion: The method is reliable

accurate and specific

and it can be used for quality control of this preparation.
