摘要

目的: 观察平敏冲剂对慢性湿疹患者的疗效及其对血清肿瘤坏死因子2α(TNF-2α)、可溶性白细胞介素2 受体(sIL-2R)、嗜酸细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)水平的影响。方法: 将71例慢性湿疹患者随机分为平敏冲剂组与西替利嗪组

采用ELISA法检测两组治疗前后血清TNF-2α

sIL-2R及ECP水平

并观察疗效。结果: 平敏冲剂组有效率86.1%

西替利嗪组有效率54.3%

两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且平敏冲剂组复发率8.0%低于西替利嗪组41.4%

两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。慢性湿疹患者血清TNF-2α

sIL-2R及ECP水平较健康组明显升高(P<0.01)

平敏冲剂组与西替利嗪组比较能显著降低患者血清中的TNF-2α[(36.93±9.51)

sIL-2R[(46.42±10.61)

(53.34±15.66)μg·L-1

(P<0.05)]

ECP[(25.81±9.64)

(30.16±8.68)μg·L-1

(P<0.05)]。结论: 平敏冲剂对慢性湿疹具有良好的疗效

调节TNF-2α

sIL-2R与ECP的血清水平可能是其作用机制。

Abstract

Objective: To study effect of Pingmin Granule (PMG) on chronic eczema and its impact on tumor necrosis factor 2α(TNF-2α)

soluble inter leukin 2 thereceptor(slL-2R) and eosinophil cationic protein(ECP) levels. Method: The effects of PMG and cetirizine on chronic eczema patients in two groups were observed respectively

and the serum levels of TNF-2α

slL-2R and ECP were measured by ELISA before and after treatment. Result: In PMG group effective rate was 86.1% vs 54.3%(cetirizine) and recurrence rate was 8.0% vs 44.4% (cetirizine)(all P<0.05). Serum levels of TNF-2α

slL-2R and ECP in patients were higher than those in normal subjects(P<0.01)

and PMG group could be significantly lower than cetirizine group in the serum of patients with TNF-2α[(36.93±9.51)
