目的:建立一种HPLC同时测定蒙药光叶苦荬菜中的5种有效成分。方法:采用HPLC

HypersilODS-2色谱柱(4.6mm×300mm

5μm);乙腈-水梯度洗脱;检测波长切换

IxerisosideA和IxerinM238nm

木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷、芹菜素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷和木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷乙酸酯326nm;柱温为30℃。结果:在所用的实验操作条件下

5种对照品溶液分别在检测范围内具有良好的线性关系(r>0.9993)

平均回收率分别为97.08%(RSD1.28%)

96.33%(RSD1.64%)

96.50%(RSD1.45%)

95.50%(RSD1.38%)

96.00%(RSD1.22%)。结论:方法简便、快速、准确

可为评价该药材质量提供依据。

Abstract

Objective:To establish a method for simultaneous determining five avtive compounds from the whole plant of I. chinensis by HPLC. Method:The separation by gradient elution was performed on Hypersil ODS-2 column (4.6 mm×300 mm

5 μm) at 30℃ with acetonitrile and water as the mobile phase and detection at 238 nm and 326 nm. Result:Five active compounds were linear in the detection range (r=0.999 3). The average recoveries of five active compounds were 97.08% (RSD 1.28%)

96.33% (RSD 1.64%)

96.50% (RSD 1.45%)

95.50% (RSD 1.38%)

96.00% (RSD 1.22%). Conclusion:The results indicated that the developed assay method was rapid

accurate

reliable and could be readily utilized as a quantitative analysis method for I. chinensis.
