Simultaneous Determination of Five Active Compounds in
Objective:To establish a method for simultaneous determining five avtive compounds from the whole plant of I. chinensis by HPLC. Method:The separation by gradient elution was performed on Hypersil ODS-2 column (4.6 mm×300 mm
5 μm) at 30℃ with acetonitrile and water as the mobile phase and detection at 238 nm and 326 nm. Result:Five active compounds were linear in the detection range (r=0.999 3). The average recoveries of five active compounds were 97.08% (RSD 1.28%)
96.33% (RSD 1.64%)
96.50% (RSD 1.45%)
95.50% (RSD 1.38%)
96.00% (RSD 1.22%). Conclusion:The results indicated that the developed assay method was rapid
accurate
reliable and could be readily utilized as a quantitative analysis method for I. chinensis.
