Objective: Studying the stability of the protein of atitumor activity from Periplaneta americana. Method: The factors of pH
inorganic salt and organic solvent on stability of the protein were studied by the UV and Lowrry method. Result: pH
sodium chloride
ammonium sulfate
acetonitrile and methanol are added and the structure of protein is changed. Conclusion: The physical and chemical properties are changed by different kinds of factors
and finally the stability of the protein is damaged.
