Optimization of Extraction Technology for Antioxidants from and Investigation of Its Antioxidant Activity
Objective: To optimize extraction process for antioxidants from Filipendula palmate
and to determine antioxidant activity of antioxidant extract and its purified. Method: With the content of total flavonoids and total phenolic acid as indexes
extraction process of antioxidants from F. palmatewas to optimized by orthogonal test;In vitro antioxidant activity of antioxidant extract and its purified was investigated by DPPH method. Result: Optimum extraction technology was selected as follow:reflux extracted 3 times with 10 folds the amount of 65% ethanol
2.0 h each time;DPPH clearance rate of antioxidant extract and its purified were 70%
90%. Conclusion: Optimized extraction process was stable
reliable;And antioxidant extract and its purified had a strong in vitro antioxidant activity.
