摘要

目的: 观察消荨汤合穴位敷贴对慢性荨麻疹的疗效。方法: 将82例慢性荨麻疹患者随机分为观察组(42例)

对照组(40例)。观察组口服消荨汤

加外用中药穴位敷贴

对照组予内服开瑞坦和法莫替丁片

两组均以30 d为1个疗程

连续使用3个疗程。比较两组治疗前后的症状积分、血清IgE水平、疗效差异、复发率。结果: 观察组在治疗30

60 d的疗效、血清IgE水平和对照组比较

差异无统计学意义;在治疗90 d时观察组有效率(64.3%)优于对照组(37.5%)

观察组血清IgE(87.44±8.79)U·mL-1低于对照组[(124.31±9.47)U·mL-1]

(P<0.05)。观察组复发率11.9%

对照组复发率45%

两组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论: 消荨汤合穴位敷贴对治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效良好。

Abstract

Objective: To study effect of Xiaoxun decoction (XXD) with acupoint application in treatment of chronic urticaria. Method: Eighty-two cases of chronic urticaria patients were randomly divided into two groups. Observation group(42 cases)were treated with XXD and acupoint application

control group(40 cases) was treated with Clarityne and famotidine tablets. Thirty days in both groups were one course of treatment

and continuous use of three treatment was applied. Symptom scores

The therapentic effective rates for the treatment group and control group were 64.3% and 37.5% respectively on the 90th day. Relapse rate in observation group was 11.9%

the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: XXD with acupoint application is effective for the treatment of chronic urticaria.
