Determination of Hesperidin in Fructus Citris Sarcodactylis from Different Provenances by HPLC
Objective:To establish a HPLC method of determining the content of hesperidin in Fructus Citris Sarcodactylis from different provenances. Method:An ultimate XB-C18 column was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile and 2%acetic acid solution(18:82).The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 with the column temperature of 30℃.The detection wavelength was set at 284 nm. Result:The linear range of hesperidin was 2.24-44.8 μg·mL-1 (r=0.999 9).The average recovery was 98.55%
and RSD was 0.97%(n=6). Conclusion:This method is simple
accurate
and can be used to evaluate the quality of Fructus Citris Sarcodactylis.
