then was determinated the five alkaloids in four purification parts by HPLC. Result: The highest content of alkaloids was the part of 30%EtOH purified by HPD 400 macroporous resin. Conclusion: In this study
the method of macroporous resin purification is simple
alkaloid content which was determinated by HPLC is highest in the part of 30% of the purified
which provide the foundation for effective parts selection.
