摘要

目的: 观察六味雪哈片对老年大鼠的抗衰老作用及机制研究。方法: 15月龄大鼠40只均匀分为溶剂对照组、六味雪哈片低剂量组(0.36 g·kg-1)、中剂量组(0.72 g·kg-1)和高剂量组(1.44 g·kg-1)4组

连续ig 60 d后观察对动物体重增长、肝组织超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)活性、血清丙二醛(MDA)含量、血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性的影响。结果: 六味雪哈片对动物体重增长和肝匀浆SOD活性无显著影响

但能显著降低血清MDA含量和提高血清GSH-Px活性。结论: 六味雪哈片具有延缓衰老作用

其作用机制可能与其清除自由基、减少过氧化脂质的生成有关。

Abstract

Objective: To study the anti-senility effects of Liuwei Xueha tablets in aged rats in order to provide clinical & medicinal basis for its application in weak & elderly patients. Method: Fourty 15-month-old rats were divided into 4 groups at random: the control group and Liuwei Xueha tablets groups

low ( 0.36 g·kg-1)

middle (0.72 g·kg-1) and high dosages (1.44 g·kg-1)

all groups were orally treated for 60 days. The effects on the rat weight indexes

superoside dismutase(SOD) activities in liver

the malandialdehyde(MDA) contents and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) activities in serum were observed. Result: The tablets showed no obvious effects on elder female rats' weight and ascending SOD activities

but it had clear effects of lowering MDA content and raising GSH-Px activities. Conclusion: Liuwei Xueha tablets has anti-senility effects

which may be related with its functions of radicals scavenging and MDA contents decreasing.
