摘要

目的: 探讨清肺消积汤联合化疗对晚期肺鳞癌的生活质量(Karnofsky)评分和CYFRA21-1的影响。方法: 将120例晚期肺鳞癌患者随机分为治疗组(清肺消积汤+化疗组)和对照组(化疗组)。对照组应用紫杉醇/吉西他滨+顺铂联合化疗

21 d为1个周期

2个周期为1个疗程。治疗组同时加用清肺消积汤

每日1剂

42 d为1个疗程。结果: Karnofsky评分治疗组改善率为57.4%(39/68)

对照组改善率为38.5%(20/52)

两组在统计学上有显著差异性(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗前后CYFRA2-11的数值为(16.23±13.55)

(3.45±3.32) μg·L-1

前后对比差异有显著性(P<0.01)。对照组治疗前后CYFRA2-11的数值为(16.98±12.35)

(13.11±10.45)μg·L-1

前后对比差异无显著性。结论: 清肺消积汤联合化疗对晚期肺鳞癌能改善生活质量

降低CYFRA21-1水平。

Abstract

Objective: To study the effect of Qingfei Xiaoji decoction combined with chemotherapy on quality of life and CYFRA21-1 in advanced lung squamous cell carcinoma patients. Method: A total of 120 patients with advanced lung squamous cell carcinoma were enrolled

68 were randomized to treatment group (chemotherapy plus Qingfei Xiaoji decoction) and 52 to control group (chemotherapy). The reginen of TP/GP was taken for chemotherapy. The variation of tumor marker (CYFRA21-1) in peripheral blood and quality of life before and after therapy with Qingfei Xiaoji decoction were observed. Result: The rising rate of Karnofsky score in treatment group(57.4%) was significantly lower than in control group (38.5%)(P<0.05). The levels of CYFRA21-1 (3.45±3.32) μg·L-1 was significantly lower than before therapy(16.23±13.55) μg·L-1in treatment group (P<0.001).Meanwhile

there was no diffrence in control group(16.98±12.35 vs 13.11±10.45) μg·L-1. Conclusion: Qingfei Xiaoji decoction combined with chemotherapy can improve the quality of life and reduce the level of CYFRA21-1.
